Why I Started Online Coaching

My journey into online coaching stems from a desire to make a profound impact on as many lives as possible. While one-on-one training has allowed me to forge incredible relationships and help individuals transform, there are only so many hours in a day. I realised that to reach my goal of changing the lives of tens of thousands of people, I needed to go beyond the traditional model of personal training. That’s why I transitioned to online coaching, it allows me to extend my expertise globally and not be restricted by location.
